Is Coconut Oil Good for Your Skin?

Yes!

Coconut oil is an amazing emollient if your skin’s natural barrier function is disturbed. It restores and repairs the skin protectors quickly owing to its rapid absorbency into the epidermis.

Coconut oil is packed with lauric acid, caprylic acid, Vitamin E, and essential amino acids which are necessary for good skin health. Additionally, coconut oil is primarily made of saturated fats which lock the moisture in the skin.

People with crepey skin or loose skin can maintain their skin elasticity by using coconut oil.

Personal Experience: One of my friends has sagging skin under eyes and her doctor suggested her to use coconut oil. Within a month of using this oil, her sagging skin started getting tightened. This proves the effectiveness of coconut oil for crepey skin
